I am passionate about educating men, women and children in making healthier food choices and making lifestyle changes so they can live long, happy lives! I offer one-on-one coaching to help my clients make step by step changes to their diet and lifestyle. This one-on-one guidance helps people not feel overwhelmed as they go about reaching their goals. Goals may be weight management, wanting more energy, sleep better, hormone balance and more...I also offer Healthy Living Programs in private group setting on Facebook where I offer guidance, support, meal plans, health tips and more to those who like the support of a group.
